Hercules belonging to SUS301 type of 17Cr-7Ni, basics of austenite-based stainless steel, is a steel type excellent in its work hardening characteristic which allows cold work-induced martensitic deformation to occur more easily compared with SUS304 of standard steel type 18Cr-8Ni.
